All Circa products are made to our very demanding standards and are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund - please let us know in writing straight away which you would prefer.

Likewise, should you experience a problem while the product is under guarantee please contact our Customer Service at info@circalondon.co.uk

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by the carrier or third parties and does not cover damage caused by heat exposure, water infiltration or by any type of solvent or detergent.

The guarantee does not cover damage to third parties or cover claims beyond the value of the product.

In order for us to help you please keep your receipt with the guarantee to prove date of purchase. Circa's guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
