Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax or over our secure website. |

Shipping And Handling We aim to deliver all orders swiftly. Orders are processed within 24 hours and despatched within 1 to 2 working days of their receipt. The delivery times given show normal shipment times. International orders are generally received within 10 working days although a maximum of 28 working days from date of ordering should be allowed for delivery. Delivery will be by courier. To help ensure rapid daytime delivery please specify a daytime delivery address where there is someone available to receive and sign for the package (this can be a place of work). Where this is impossible the courier will leave a card so that you can arrange a convenient time for delivery. Order processing - We aim to deliver all orders swiftly. When delivering abroad, the goods may also be subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you, as purchaser, would be responsible for paying. All our deliveries need to be signed for. Please note that we cannot deliver at a certain time of the day. If our driver is unable to obtain a signature, they will leave a card so that you can arrange a convenient day for delivery. We regret that we are currently unable to offer a delivery service at a specific time of the day, at weekends or in the evenings. |

Back Orders If your order is not in stock we will hold the order until we are able to despatch it. You will be notified by e-mail of the estimated date of delivery and if you would rather not wait you will be given the option to cancel your order. |

Tax Charges UK & European Union: For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is added. Our VAT Reg.no. is GB 561 9417 28 Rest of world: All orders are VAT free. You should check the exempt box to reduce VAT to zero. If you place an order from overseas the delivery package may attract import duty and other taxes when it reaches your country. These charges vary greatly from country to country and we do not have any control over the charges. We regret we are unable to estimate what amount, if any, may be levied for these charges. Credit Card Security Circa uses a PSP (Payment Service Provider), a company specialising in taking and processing payment details over the Internet. Our PSP uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security which prevents interception of credit card numbers as they are entered. |

Guarantee All Circa products are made to our very demanding standards and are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund - please let us know in writing straight away which you would prefer. Likewise, should you experience a problem while the product is under guarantee please contact our Customer Service Department at info@circalondon.co.uk The guarantee does not cover damage caused by the carrier or third parties and does not cover damage caused by heat exposure, water infiltration or by any type of solvent or detergent. The guarantee does not cover damage to third parties or cover claims beyond the value of the product. In order for us to help you please keep your receipt with the guarantee to prove date of purchase. Circa's guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. |

Returns Policy Our aim is to create beautiful and practical products of quality and to ensure they are delivered to our customers in perfect condition. We trust our products will delight our customers but if, for whatever reason, you decide not to proceed with your order we can either exchange the goods or arrange for a refund. Likewise, in the unlikely event of the goods reaching you in a damaged or faulty condition we can arrange an exchange or, if you would prefer, offer you a refund. Cancelling an order prior to delivery If you decide not to go ahead with your order after placing it but before the goods have been despatched, please notify us as quickly as possible by email or telephone (see Contacting Circa below). Refund: We will arrange a refund to your debit or credit card within 10 days of notification of the cancellation. Cancelling and returning an order after delivery If, upon delivery, the products do not meet your requirements and you wish either to exchange or return the goods please notify us immediately by email or telephone (see Contacting Circa below). You will need to repackage the goods, if opened, to ensure they are returned in an undamaged and re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return. Where possible please use the original packaging to protect and secure the goods for return. Refund: Your debit or credit card will be reimbursed within 10 days once the returned goods have been received and checked by us. We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery charge in cases of cancelled orders.. Requesting an Exchange We are happy to exchange a product if it does not meet you requirements upon delivery, providing the goods are returned to us at your own expense and reach us undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. A further delivery charge will need to be made for the replacement. Please let us know as soon as you can - and anyway within 14 days of delivery - by email or telephone of your intention to make an exchange (see Contacting Circa below). Goods damaged in transit or faulty goods We expect your order to reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the package arrives damaged in transit, or the goods are found to be faulty, we will endeavour to replace the goods immediately. Where the package has been damaged in transit please sign for it as "Damaged Package" and where possible open it to check contents in the presence of the carrier. Please advise us as quickly as you can, and always within 7 days of receipt (see Contacting Circa below), so that we can instruct you on how to proceed and we can make arrangements for a replacement delivery. You will also be given the option to cancel your order and receive a refund in full should you prefer. Circa will make arrangements with you for the return of the goods and will meet all costs involved in the return and replacement delivery. Refund: Your debit or credit card will be reimbursed within 10 days once the returned goods have been received us. Remittance Terms We accept credit and debit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express. Debit and credit card information may be submitted over the Internet (our site has SSL protection), or via telephone, fax, or mail. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your payment will be taken in pounds sterling but your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you prefer to pay by cheque please make this payable to UKI Products Ltd and forward with your order to UKI Products Ltd, 67/69 Salcott Rd, London, SW11 6DQ. We can only accept cheques from sterling accounts. Please allow an additional 5 days for cheque clearance. If your order is not in stock we will hold the order until we are able to despatch it.
