We aim to deliver all orders swiftly. Orders are processed within 24 hours and despatched within 1 to 2 working days of their receipt. Delivery will be by courier. To help ensure rapid daytime delivery please specify a daytime delivery address where there is someone available to receive and sign for the package (this can be a place of work). Where this is impossible the courier will leave a card so that you can arrange a convenient time for delivery.

When delivering abroad, the goods may also be subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you, as purchaser, would be responsible for paying. All our deliveries need to be signed for. Please note that we cannot deliver at a certain time of the day. If our driver is unable to obtain a signature, they will leave a card so that you can arrange a convenient day for delivery.
